- Analytics (only with consent)
- If you accept analytics, we use Mixpanel to understand how the site is used so we can improve it. We record anonymous usage events such as which province, fuel and time range you view, and which chart interactions you use. Analytics data is not linked to your email address or any account.
- What is stored in your browser
- We do not use cookies. We do not write anything to your browser until you make a privacy choice. After you choose, we use your browser's session storage to remember your selected province, fuel, zone and time range for the current visit. Your consent choice is stored in local storage so we can honour it on future visits. If you accept analytics, a random identifier used to group events is also stored in local storage. You can clear these at any time through your browser settings.
- Price-alert subscriptions
- If you subscribe to price alerts, we store the email address you provide along with your chosen provinces, fuels and zones. This is used only to send the alerts you requested and to process confirmations and unsubscribes. Every alert email includes a one-click unsubscribe link.
- Third-party services
- Analytics data is processed by Mixpanel on servers in the European Union. Email alerts are delivered through Resend. These providers process data only on our behalf.
- Your choices
- You can accept or decline analytics at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer. Declining or withdrawing consent stops all analytics collection and opts your browser out of Mixpanel. You can also unsubscribe from alerts using the link in any alert email.
